We only stayed here because our yearly place we stay at was under construction. We made the best of our stay but, will n

The Oasis clubhouse was our go to considering we couldn’t use our pool that we paid extra for to have it heated. We let them know as soon as we finally found the place that there was no way that pool was heated. We were told that it was due to the weather. We own a heated pool at our house and we know how a pool heater works. The pool heater was reading 58 degrees when we got there and it never reached past 61. It kept getting different codes on it, which means it wasn’t working properly. We kept checking our neighbors and theirs kept getting a higher temperature every day. We took pictures of our heater and the neighbors so u can clearly see that the pool heater wasn’t functioning properly. Huge disappointment considering that was the main reason we booked the place. We ended up having to spend money at the parks( which were not on our agenda) just to keep the kids happy because we couldn’t use the pool.

When calling to discuss an issue, we felt nobody wanted to listen or help. Never once did anyone send over a maintenance guy to look at the pool heater. We had to buy a can opener as yours was so rusted, had to purchase a strainer, the vent on the dryer door should be replaced as someone could very easily get cut on it, the heat in the house doesn’t regulate ( too hot upstairs and too cold downstairs), the 2 couches in the living room should b thrown out. You can’t sit on them without sitting on springs that are popping up on them. I’d suggest you take the upstairs couch and switch them out. The living room rugs were all stained( the couch too and the pillows)the windows had handprints all over them( looks like the windows weren’t washed in a while. The blinds were filthy, I could keep going but, what is the point when right away, u were blaming the weather for the pool temp. Definitely false. You want people to send over pictures within 1-2 hours but, some issues aren’t seen right away and what’s the point of sending pictures when right away, you didn’t want to help, u just wanted to blame the cold weather. A reimbursement of 70 for not being able to use it would have rectified the situation or u could have moved us to a house whose pool was actually swimmable. Tried using the coffee pot but, brown water came out( pics of proof)not sure if this was ever cleaned. I need to send all photos, please send me an email where I’m sending them to.

It was very spacious and clean

I thought it was a little silly that it cost another $70 to heat the hot tub. They offer early check in/late check out for additional $. The linens and pillows were very cheap and not that comfortable (maybe a preference on the pillows). The couch was essentially broken and not really able to relax on.
