Location of the apartment is great, 3 min away from Vaclav square and 10-15 min walk from the Old town and Charles bridge. Apartment was clean and nice. Easy check in process.
Basic room could have one more mirror, not only one in the toilete. Also, during 5/6 days stay, no one came to change the towels. Maybe that could be arranged with host but I was not informed. All in all, very nice place

The location was a bit off the old town, but pretty close, just about 5 mins walking distance to the edge of the old town, and the area is nice, and full of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets to fill the fridge.
Check-in was a bit difficult, there were 2 enterances, with a passthrough betweent the 2, but that wasn't clear from the instructions, and the floor were my appartment was completely not on the map from the first entrance, but the support team replied quickly to my whatsapp message and helped me find my room.

Handy getting there and checking in. Big room with good amenities.
We got an accessibility room so our shower kept flooding everywhere since it was open.

Quiet. New structure. Check in/out completely virtual
A con of all being virtual is policy rigidity. Goodwill comes from flexibility. Allowing early check-in if the room is already serviced and available would have made the stay much more pleasant. No place to store luggage was a drag too.
