Our stay at this property exceeded all expectations and was truly one of the highlights of our stay in Dali. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The property itself was beautifully maintained, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to feel at home right away.
What made the experience especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality from Aaron. He was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. No request was too much trouble, and he always responded with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, answering questions, or ensuring that everything was comfortable for us, Aaron consistently went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable.
It is rare to come across such warm and personalised hospitality, and it truly made a lasting impression on us. Aaron’s attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction elevated the entire experience and made us feel valued and appreciated throughout our visit.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable place to stay in Dali. The excellent facilities, welcoming environment, and outstanding service made this an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to returning in the future and would happily stay here again without hesitation.
