The staff at this location was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely attentive, and it was very convenient to get in touch with them via WhatsApp. Particular shoutout to the reception as they were able to accommodate many of my needs, including last minute laundry-cleanings, late checkouts, and additional guests. They were also able to provide great recommendations for activities in Nairobi.
It was also convenient to have a restaurant attached to the hotel, as this meant I was able to get myself lunch without having to Uber/Bolt my way to another location.
Small nitpick -- I noticed that the window venting air out of the bathroom was facing the main corridor, meaning that guests walking by outside could hear into the bathroom. Not that big of a deal as mostly it's showering, but worth noting for those who want ultimate privacy.

Hotel immerso nel verde, in un posto tranquillo. Staff super disponibile e gentile. Ho dovuto fare check in anticipato e organizzare il trasferimento dall’aeroporto. Hanno sempre soddisfatto ogni richiesta.

Serene, quiet and Clean. Exactly what I needed

the hotel itself is very nice, clean and in a good area. The staff were outstanding, helpful, kind and accommodating.
The restaurant is sooo disappointing. Its more like a school lunch room than a restaurant. There were no cooking/kitchen utensils in the room as stipulated. I moved rooms 3 times due to issues with locking of patio doors, shower not working properly, safe not working. The food is very disappointing too. I asked for overeasy eggs for breakfast and got frisbees! The chicken salad tasteless and brown meat no breast. The lamb was chewy and awful. Also the kitchen is not in the main hotel and every time you wanted something the staff had to trek over to another building to get anything! The bar was also disappointing. No atmosphere at all. I rather spent all time in my room on the balcony and ordered a drink as it was more entertaining. The gym leaves a lot to be desired. Not set up at all.
