Absolute rip off.

Easy walk to the beach and shops.

Supposed to be oceanfront but you can only see some of the ocean as there are buildings in the way. The roof top hot tub, the reason for booking and paying a very high cost, including a very high cleaning cost, did not heat up to the appropriate temperature by the time our 3-night stay ended, despite being turned on when we arrived, leaving the cover on, and continuously checking that the control panel was still functioning. Management were informed early in our stay and they recognised there was definitely a problem with the hot tub. We were told someone would call us to discuss the issue. Nobody called. We followed this up and was eventually offered a very low part refund which has still not shown up in our account despite being told it was sent 13 days ago. Even if we do receive this part refund, we are still out of pocket $1000 for 3 nights at the ‘Luxury Oceanfront Haven with a private rooftop spa’ (advertised description) for an apartment that did not provide what it claimed to have. I would have paid hundreds of dollars less for a similar apartment in similar location that didn’t have a rooftop hot tub. Also, before using anything in the kitchen, we needed to wash/scrub them first as many items had clearly not been cleaned properly previously as they had bits stuck on them.
