NEW: semi-detached chalet all larch Year 1898 renovated/decorated in the old way in 2012 in the old village of Haute-Nendaz at chemin DaOue 23 with private parking. Personalized welcome by the owners who live in the barn next door. Speaks German/English (Philippe) or English/Dutch (Wilma).

Located in the middle of barns/raccards/village houses and close by
the Volg bakery/supermarket, Nend'Art/ Church. Cosy and quiet.

Surface of 128m2 on 4 floors connected by a central staircase and comprising:
. First floor: kitchen/dining room, small TV lounge/mini-office, cellar/laundry room
. 1ST: entrance+bathroom/shower+master bedroom
.2ND large TV lounge/office+bathroom/WC/toilet
