Opened in 2020, the “Heimatliebe” vacation rental offers approximately 75 m² of space and features a lovingly designed chalet-style interior that harmoniously blends rustic and high-quality elements. Furnished with great passion, it accommodates up to four people in two cozy bedrooms, each featuring a closet and electric external blinds. The living room invites you to relax with a cozy sofa arrangement, a reading nook, and a 55-inch smart TV. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a dining area, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The bright bathroom offers a nearly walk-in shower, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. The highlight is the approximately 38 m² private terrace with a covered area—ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or cozy evenings in an atmospheric setting. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can welcome you. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are not allowed, including small animals. A security deposit of 300 EUR is due via bank transfer after booking. The visitor’s tax of 2.50 EUR per person per night (ages 18 and up) is charged separately. For guests with severe disabilities, the visitor’s tax is 1.25 EUR; the accompanying person is exempt from the tax. A deposit of 150 EUR is due 7 days after booking. Please pay the remaining balance via bank transfer 7 days before arrival.
