About this house rental
Located 10 km from Futuroscope, and in the heart of Neuville de Poitou which offers all amenities (market twice a week, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and restaurants), welcome to this charming gîte, a haven of peace completely renovated, with swimming pool, terrace and barbecue. Located at the back of the main house grounds, your accommodation overlooks the swimming pool (open from April to October) and its garden. Stone cottage offering: On the first floor, a large room of approximately 30 m²: * living room with: - sofa/bed (please note, there are no blackout curtains in this room; you may want to bring eye masks/eye masks), - TV (channels via Molotov), - Wi-Fi (the speed is not high), - a table and Chairs for 5 people, - 1 fireplace (non-functional). * Equipped kitchen: - refrigerator (small attached freezer), - cooktop, - oven, - microwave, - dishwasher, - Nespresso-type coffee maker, - etc. No curtains or shutters PGJyPg Upstairs: PGJyPg - a large bedroom with 1 Queen size bed - 160*200- (new + memory foam) PGJyPg For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. PGJyPg - 1 sofa bed (110 cm) (1 teen/adult max) PGJyPg - 1 dressing room PGJyPg - 1 shower room with WC PGJyPg No shutters or air conditioning: 2 fans are available PGJyPg Please note that the staircase leading upstairs is quite steep (long live old houses! ;), so it is not recommended for children alone (there is a safety gate) or for people with mobility issues with difficulty. PGJyPg PGJyPg Outside: PGJyPg - swimming pool heated by solar panels (so only if the sun is shining ;) and secured by an alarm. PGJyPg - Garden furniture, PGJyPg - Outdoor table and chairs, PGJyPg - Sun loungers, PGJyPg - 1 stone BBQ and 1 Weber-type BBQ, PGJyPg - 1 clothesline (BBQ side), PGJyPg - 1 outdoor toilet (BBQ side). Arrival and departure are completely independent via a key box (remote control for the gate only; the keys to the accommodation will be on the dining room table). Very friendly host. Excellent pool and beautiful terraces around the pool. Clean house with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay with our 2 kids.

Outstanding outdoor space with a decent sized,well maintained pool. There was a range of comfortable seating and umbrellas.The cottage was practical and well equipped. It was situated close to the town centre.Aurelia was a friendly, helpful host and was easy to contact.We had a brilliant 5 day stay.
