About this cottage rental
Located on the 60 acre Seaton Place Farm, circa 1840, this 2019 renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bath cottage is one of a kind. Sophisticated, but cozy. Charming, but informal. It is for those who are captivated by nature yet close to hunt and horse country, vineyards and the antique shops of Middleburg. The property boasts a stocked pond, abundant wildlife and three artificial golf greens for par 3 golf. Enjoy taking long walks down Carr Lane past the adjacent 2000 acres of protected pastureland. The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor fire pit equipped with a grill. It uses wood or charcoal. We also have a Weber propane grill on the outdoor deck. Serve your outdoor meals on a quaint wooden picnic table. Take advantage of the property by strolling down to the pond and casting a line. Use of the par 3 golf course is limited and is at an additional charge. Please feel free to bring your dogs for an additional $75 per stay. No cats. No puppies. Dog rules include a) limit of 2, b) dogs to be walked on a leash, c) no barking at the horses or wildlife, and 4) pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture. We have a 3/4 acre fenced area for dogs to run and play. It is adjacent to the guesthouse. An extra pet cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed if there is evidence of pets on the furniture or beds. Guest access the property through a security gate and keyless entry to the guest house. Codes will be supplied upon acceptance of the reservation. Absolutely stunning property with lovely private Cottage that has lots of amenities . We utilized all three bedrooms which have extremely comfortable beds , lovely updated bathrooms with beautiful towels and a full kitchen. Great campfire pit , pet friendly as we were travelling with our dog lots of space to walk in nature Hosts was fantastic and super easy to communicate with.

Beautiful property. We had everything we needed. The house was perfectly appointed had terrific views and easy access we were allowed to walk the grounds visit the animals and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and a better property. An absolute 10!

Property is really beautiful and peaceful. The home is very clean. The 3 bedrooms are all a good size! Great central space to visit and nice kitchen. Randy is a responsive and excellent host. We all said we would stay here again!
