About this apartment rental
We rent out a thoughtfully designed vacation rental that harmoniously blends modern and antique furniture. We place special emphasis on sustainability. The accommodations are located in close proximity to an extensive network of biking and hiking trails.
The Lech Reservoir is just 80 meters away and offers an impressive view of the Alps when the Föhn wind is blowing. In addition, a protected bird sanctuary borders the property.
The best way to explore the surrounding area is by bike or on foot. The village of Pitzling is located about 5 km from the historic old town of Landsberg am Lech. From there, you can easily reach cities like Munich, Augsburg, and Füssen—with its castles—as well as the Allgäu region by train.
Chalet:
We are renting out a vacation apartment that was renovated in 2024. During the renovation, the roof was insulated, exposing the exposed beams. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible. It has three rooms and is approximately 72 square meters in size. One bedroom is slightly larger, ideal for two people. The other bedroom is a single room. The large dining and living area faces south and can accommodate five people. The kitchen is also new and equipped with all necessary utensils. Last but not least, there are two shower/toilet rooms with a washing machine.
On-site costs: Payment is due in advance via bank transfer and in cash on site. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site.
