Welcome to the Waterford Lodge! Newly finished in 2025, this stunning property is located in highly desired Porto Cima Community, in Sunrise Beach. Featured on Destination Discovery Channel Staycation, The Waterford Lodge is in the heart of it all. Surrounded by award winning golf courses, fine dining and the best shopping the lake has to offer.
Located on the 13MM, sit back and relax on the 4 patios, which offer glass railings so not to obstruct your view. Or take a walk down to your own large private dock and see all the boat action up close. This property even has its own beach. Watch million dollar boats pass by while having a cookout with your family!
This property boasts 3 floors of luxury, offering 7 spacious bedrooms, 4 with on suites, 6 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 20+ people. Rooms come standard with a king size bed, a flat screen tv, and ceiling fans for all the comforts of home. All linens are provided, as well as bathroom essentials. The kids room has 6 beds, so all the cousins have enough space and seclusion from the adults.
The bottom floor is a whole house in itself, with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, electric reclining heated/massage seating, and large glass doors, so you don't miss a minute of all the beauty the lake has to offer. This home is also equipped with a whole house intercom and stereo system, so no need to run up any flights of stairs to call your family down for dinner!
There are two full kitchens, (first and third floor) featuring Viking appliances, 48" gas range, Miele instant coffee maker, 3 full size fridges, wine cooler, warming drawer, 3 ovens, butlers pantry, and Marble back lit countertops, as well as a half kitchen on the middle floor. (*Please no private chefs/caterers, please message for information*)
Gated driveway is spacious, easily accessible, with a gentle slope and plenty of parking for over 15 cars. Property has automatic lighting at dusk.
Party dock includes a 50' pull in for tying up to. Dock bar with sink, TV, surround sound, fan, fridge, fire pit, privacy shades, swim ladder, lily pad, kayaks, paddle boat, paddle boards, life jackets, seating for over 20 people. Perfect for summertime fun!
Newly added Swimspa, combination hot tub and endless swimming pool will keep your summer days filled with aquatic fun, heated year round!
The Waterford Lodge is located just minutes away from the Bagnell Dam, fondly referred to as The Strip, which has over 100 restaurants and shops with stunning views of the Lake. When you book at the Waterford Lodge, you also have access to Four Seasons amenities, which includes a seasonal pool, Pickleball courts, and a playground, all within walking distance.
Game room : bocce balls, pickle ball equipment, Pool table, Foosball, Arcade games, Hydro Thunder arcade game, Wave runner jet ski game, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Pinball, Popcorn machine, Badminton, Corn Hole, Darts, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Paddle Boat, Lily Pad, life preservers..... enough fun stuff to keep everyone entertained!
Trailer parking is not allowed in Porto Cima community, but we have a lot for trailer parking. Just ask, and we can pass along the information.

Such an incredible home in the perfect location for a weekend on the lake. We had 13 in our group and the space was more than enough.

This property is truly an exceptional rental option for your group. Upon entering, you will be greeted by breathtaking views of the lake. The owner was a pleasure to work with and provided prompt responses to all inquiries. We found the house to be well-maintained and clean upon our arrival.

Stay was great. Beautiful home. Great dock. Listing is inaccurate in terms of the beds available which was a big problem. The listing shows bedroom #7 has “6 double bunk beds” showing an icon with 12 beds. This was a reason we selected this home. When we arrived there were only two double bunk beds and two extra mattresses. Short by 6 beds.
