WINTER DEAL! Half-timbered house with a hot tub for 10 people! Welcome to “THE OLD BARN,” a charming, 200-year-old boutique vacation home in a completely secluded location. Our house combines historic half-timbered charm with modern spa amenities and is perfect for groups and families (4–10 people).

Location: Strategically perfect! Just 3–4 hours from Berlin/Leipzig. An ideal base for exploring the Giant Mountains (Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba) and the historic palaces of Lower Silesia.
ACCOMMODATIONS & COMFORT:
We offer a spacious house with 4 bedrooms (accommodating 6 adults + 2–4 children), two modern bathrooms in the main house (one with a bathtub, one with a shower and washing machine), and a well-equipped kitchen. The large living room has plenty of space for everyone, and the dining table seats 8–10 people.
OUTDOOR AREA & ACTIVITIES:
100% privacy: The entire property (bordering the forest) and all attractions are exclusively available to your group. You have a separate entrance.
Pool & Garden: Large, seasonal outdoor swimming pool (May–Oct.), large terrace, barbecue area, and cozy campfire pit.
An Undiscovered Paradise: We’re off the beaten path, away from mass tourism. Just a half-hour from the ski slopes in Świeradów-Zdrój. Upon request, we offer a free shuttle to the slopes and ski lessons (taught by the hostess, an experienced ski instructor).
Pets are welcome (Dogs Welcome).
