Super for a stay near to all the best parts of Florence.

Everything you needed to explore Florence. Not far to walk from all the major attractions and sights. Bright, clean and great air con during a super hot summer stay. Don’t hesitate book.

Ok.

Closer to the place of visits.

Too steep to claim with luggage and narrow steps, easy to fall. Step lights are off within a seconds and unable to see the next steps. Not fit for older people.

Will not stay again

location in town ,

location in town , but this was also a problem due to the noise during the night from the nearby bar and restaurant. People shouting and making a lot of noise up to 4am .Then the laundry boy would come along the street right below our room window and bang about collecting the laundry from the nearby rental rooms. We didn't know there as a laundry depot right below this apartment. So it is very difficult to sleep at night .In fact it was quieter from 1400 hrs till about 1700hrs !. Be aware that although it says it is a 2 separate bedroom apartment, it is not exactly that , in such that you have to walk through one bedroom where the twin beds are , to get access to the separate double bedroom. There is no door between the lounge and the twin bedded bedroom so no privacy .It would be best described as a single separate double bedroom apartment with a interconnected twin bedded common room , connecting between the lounge and / toilet. If the folks sleeping in the double bedded room need to use the toilet , they have to walk right through the twin bedded room. This is fine if you are all family related but not IMO for 2 couples. The welcome was not acceptable. We did arrange to be there , as required by the management company for around 5pm , but I also was assured that if we arrived early , then a simple phone call to the management company 30 mins before arriving would allow them to get there to welcome us.Arrived early and did try and several occasions to call their office , but each time just got an answer phone . Thus we arrived at the apartment 1.5hrs early but not able to get in or to know what was happening as no one had called us back over the hour period I had been leaving messages .It was only by chance that within 10 mins the apartment cleaners arrived to clean the apartment , that they were able to let us in and leave our luggage. They called a different number got a response and within 30 mins the agent arrived to hand over keys !

Good location, very noisy and had to pay extra for late check-in.

Good location, clean.

We had to pay 40€ extra for late check-in because they told us it could only be in person. It was an access code.
