Good potential, but many details need improvement

The apartment is in a location that certainly keeps you fit: be prepared to climb around 100 steps to reach it! This was not a problem for us, but it is something future guests should be aware of, particularly if travelling with heavy luggage or if they have mobility difficulties.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the apartment that made our stay uncomfortable. When we arrived, the bed linen for the sofa bed was rolled up in a way that made us wonder whether it had been properly prepared for us. The sandwich maker was not working, there was nowhere convenient to hang wet towels, and there was no practical place in the bathroom to put toiletries. There is a space for a washing machine, including the necessary connections, but no washing machine is provided. For an apartment in a beach destination, this would be a very useful addition, especially for travellers on a longer trip who need to wash beachwear and other clothes before continuing their journey. Storage was also insufficient, and both beds were uncomfortable, particularly the sofa bed. A mattress topper would make a considerable difference for anyone sleeping there. The biggest problem, however, was the internet connection, which was extremely poor during our stay. We informed the host and were advised to disconnect and reconnect the router, which was located outside the apartment. We followed the instructions, but the connection did not improve. We contacted the host again to explain that the problem persisted, but unfortunately no solution was provided. Overall, the apartment has potential, but in our experience it needs more attention to the practical details that make guests feel comfortable after arriving from a long journey. Sometimes relatively small improvements can make a significant difference to a guest's experience.

A room in a beautiful area with few inconveniences

It was the only accommodation on our Balkan trip with self check-in, which was very convenient. The host sent clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. There's a kitchen with very basic equipment but it was enough for us to cook a simple meal. The location is amazing, are the surrounding is picturesque, including the view from the window. There are many cats around, especially in the evening around the courtyard.

Very high and uncomfortable pillows. There were lots of small bugs inside, many of which were dead (not bed bugs, they looked closer to ants but they were not ants either). The shower booth had a dodgy cracked floor and water was leaking to the bathroom floor through the cracks. On our second night, someone woke us up by trying to break into our room, repeatedly attempting to unlock and open the door. When we told them to stop, they were rude, didn't even apologize and acted like WE were at fault. After that, they stayed behind the door and were noisy for the following hour, during which they tried to break in again, despite knowing that we were inside. Apparently, the host gave them wrong instructions, and they thought our room was theirs. Mistakes can happen, but this completely ruined our night, and we had to stay alert instead of enjoying our sleep - which is the main purpose of booking an accommodation! Also, later on the same night, our TV switched on by itself.

Clean and comfortable. Responsive property contact. Somewhat noisy due to children playing and feral cats yeowling.

Clean. Comfortable. Responsive contact.

Couldn’t open the windows. And guests should be aware prior to booking that there are growling feral cats prowling around through the day and evening.

Nice but

It was a nice apartment in a quiet area

Toilet needs some work, shower was leaking and the smell was very strong that we had to keep the door closed all the time. When it was raining the floor outside the room was soaked, also the kitchen needs updating not too much stuff to cook with and sink was leaking.Lots of stairs to go up and down city with a 23kg bag it is challenging if u re not trained. Not much around that area apart from a bar.

As toalhas cheiravam a humidade. Começou a subir água no chão da cozinha, que não sei de onde adveio.
