Residência Juza?! Nunca mais!
Quase nada!
Sem sombra de dúvidas uma das piores experiências de hospedagem a qual testemunhei e da qual fui vítima (fomos, na verdade; eu e minha Família). Algumas pessoas não sabem receber, recepcionar, atender...
Não detém condições, não tem habilidade para lidar com pessoas; sequer hospedá-las.
Parece ser um "daqueles" que está interessado apenas em dinheiro; não em bem servir, em bem hospedar, em bem receber ( *e este é o segredo* ).
Desde a locação pelo Booking (plataforma que eu e minha esposa sempre usamos para viagens em Família - com a nossa princesinha - e na qual confiamos), em contato logo em seguida com a acomodação, para o esclarecimento de dúvidas, este senhor Pedro se mostrou arredio, indisposto, "seco". Foi incapaz de responder a questões simples, como localização e horários. Em um dos raros contatos que fiz (apenas dois...), chegou a dizer que quando chegasse mais próximo do dia tiraria todas as dúvidas (o que só fez um dia antes de minha/nossa viagem). Creio que este "senhor" não tenha entendido a função e o sentido de "Entre em contato com a acomodação" disponível no próprio Booking.
Eu mesmo não entendi o sentido de agir assim; o porquê desse comportamento. Parece mesmo que não queria me/nos receber (o que realmente não fez, diga-se!). Parecia - transmitia a sensação - de que o locador queria cancelar a reserva e nos deixar "à deriva" (nós - eu, minha esposa e nossa filha de cinco aninhos - e nossas malas).
No dia do check-out mais uma desagradável surpresa. Fui contatado com a seguinte mensagem:
"[18/10, 08:43] . Saquarema: Bom dia, irmão
[18/10, 08:44] . Saquarema: O check out hoje é até às 11:00
[18/10, 08:44] . Saquarema: Estou com hóspede para entrar hoje"
A impressão que tive era que a qualquer momento este "senhor" entraria pela porta dizendo: "a casa é minha, saiam!" Mais uma vez transmitindo aquela sensação de insegurança e mal-estar.
