Amazing and cozy place, perfect location and stunning yard. Convenient and spotless apartment.

Beautiful

Lovely clean well decorated well located. I absolutely loved this place.

Amendities. There was no shower gel or kitchen towel. Apart from that it was all perfect.

6 / 10

A clean, well-located apartment, but disappointing value and poor customer service.

The apartment was clean and conveniently located. The neighborhood was pleasant and well connected.

The apartment felt basic for its price, with no TV, coffee machine, kitchen towel, or face towels, and it was on the top floor without an elevator. The listing showed several different apartments. I expected the apartment shown with a rug, armchair, and larger bed, but the unit I received was considerably more basic, and the bed felt barely large enough for two people. Customer service was inflexible, unhelpful, and at times condescending. They denied all my requests, including leaving my luggage before check-in after a long international journey (they told me to go to the train station), requesting one additional towel, and a 1-hour late checkout, among others. The communication has been frustrating, especially when compared to many other experiences with hosts in the Krakow area.

Great apartment

This is our second time in the apartment. It is very quiet, has a good location walking distance to train station and market square. They provide a couple days of very good coffee for the espresso machine. Self check in and out is easy. Shower is good, apartment is decorated like a piece of hisotry that adds to the feeling. Fan kept us cool, and the building in general is cooler than the outside, but not sure how hot it gets in summer. Kitchen is well stocked to make an easy meal. Washing machine works well and is nice to have.

Early check out at 10am.
