My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Location was very convenient to Kuromon Market and also easy walking distance to Dotonbori. Also liked the traditional tea table.

Overall, comfortable and convinience.

Close vicinity to shopping complex and street shops. Dotonbori also close by

Separate toilet and shower. I think this is normal layout.

Good location

Clean and well equipped apartment, close to shops and the train station, and within walking distance to Dotonbori. Kuromon Market is right opposite the apartment. A little noisy at night from fast-passing bikes, but it was fine.

There wasn’t enough space to open our luggage in the rooms, so we left them open in the living area. Good thing we’re family.

Host needs to change info at booking.com so it would reflect that beds are not necessarily included

WARNING!!! If you want to book a room for 2-4 guest read this first! Even though booking.com shows you that room will have two double beds and futon, futon won't be included in price!!! You will be changed extra 3000 yen for it. Bedding for a second bed might not be included too. Basically host thinks that two double beds are sufficient for any group of 2-4 people. If you have 3 people in your group, two of them will have to sleep in one bed or will need to pay extra. If you're a couple traveling with two teenage kids, your kids will have to sleep in the same bed or you need to book for 5 people/talk to the host about paying extra for the futon (even if booking shows that room will have a futon. It won't.). I'm not sure if you can book this room for two people. If you can, you will probably be charged as if you were booking for a group of 3 or left without bedding on a second bed. There was no information about it on the pictures or in the description. Only after I paid, host sent me a copy-paste massage that included info about beds being made for a number guests in the booking. There were 4 of us and we've only got two double beds. I was told several times that there is info on pictures and in the description but there is none. At least in my version of listing. And keep in mind, the building is under construction, so there are people right on your balcony even on a weekend. I don't know about the noise because we stayed very briefly. Everything else is good. The area can get very busy but for some people it's lively. It's close to Namba station, Dotombori and Kuromon market. Communication with the host was swift, you can store your luggage early or even leave it for some time after checking out. I would honestly leave a good review, but the whole upcharge was too dishonest for me. I don't get charging 3000 yen basically for a load of laundry.
