Absolutely wonderful and comfortable

Wonderful accomodation - the beds were extremely comfortable and the whole apartment was super clean. The windows are double glazed which meant it was very quiet inside the apartment. Owners replied very quickly to any questions we had - great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation was not what we had expected. From the moment we arrived, there was a very strong smell of mold, dampness, and stale air, which made it quite uncomfortable to stay inside. The odor was noticeable not only in the apartment but also throughout the building. In addition, the remote controls were quite dirty, giving the impression that they had not been cleaned for some time. The chairs were also loose and unstable, which raised concerns about their safety. Because of these issues, we decided to leave shortly after our arrival and arrange alternative accommodation at our own expense. That said, we appreciate that the owner handled the situation professionally by canceling our reservation and providing us with a full refund, and we thank them for resolving that part of the experience fairly.
