Awful
Awful appartement. Only the neighbour was supportive.
Dirty apartment. Does not macht the pictures, at least 2years old.If you can, cancel this appartment. We washed the sheets by our self. Everything is broken. Apartment provided was in an utterly unacceptable, unsanitary, and unlivable condition. It represents a gross violation of consumer rights and a complete misrepresentation of the property online. Specifically:
Air-conditioning out of order. Severe Hygiene & Plumbing Failures: The bed linen was filthy and had clearly not been changed from previous guests. Furthermore, the drainage system is entirely blocked and filled with hair, causing water to overflow.
Structural & Functional Damage: There are open holes in the ceilings, the water taps are broken/detached, and the air conditioning is completely non-functional.
False Advertising: The promised Wi-Fi service is non-existent.
Furthermore, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the host directly to resolve this, but my messages and calls are being deliberately ignored. This complete lack of professionalism and refusal to communicate is entirely unacceptable.
I have fully documented all the issues listed above with photographic and video evidence, which will be used in official proceedings.
My Demand:
I expect a confirmation of a full refund within the next 24 hours.
Booking support was bad didn't offer any solution.

Overall not worth it, book another apartment for 20 euros more, it’s worth the extra money.
Localisation was really good, 10 minutes walking distance to two metro stations which took you to old town Barcelona or sagrada familia and also many shops in proximity.
Apartment was small, but that would be ok if owners would put few coat hangers near the doors (yes there were none, only one in the bedroom and it doesn’t make any sense to put them there). This apartment was lacking in really basic amenities such as:
-coat hangers
-wardrobes
-cutlery
-other kitchen appliances
Unfortunately this apartment was dirty and I mean *really* dirty, especially the bathroom was disgusting. Shower curtain had something resembling fungus, also big bedroom materace was dirty, as were most of kitchen appliances and cutlery. Also as of February 2026 there was construction site on the opposite side of the street so it was really loud in the morning, and we could barely sleep. Also contact with the personnel was really hard. We booked this apartment around Christmas and we had no info about. Then I messed this apartment via booking on Feb 2 and we had no answer until I called our host at Feb 10 if I remember correctly. I called few times maybe 4-5 times and every time host was not responding and it redirected me to voice message in Chinese (don’t know why). Then owner picked up the phone and finally informed me about how to get to this apartment. And everything seemed fine until the day of our arrival, when we arrived 3 hrs late because of our deleyed flight. Our host demanded that we pay 30 euros extra because of late arrival even though on booking it says lat booking cost 10 euros extra. After some negotiations we maneged to reduced this extra charge to 20 euros but still it’s not fair to charge your client this much.
