My kids wanted to move in to the apartmant permanently

It has a great view to Paris, you can see the Eiffel Tower and the searchlight, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy. Huge windows but all with shades so you can make pitch dark if you want. Shower is spacious and non-slippery.

We had to move out eventually 🙂

Disappointing, last occupants left it stinky

1. We booked the property due to it’s location, as between Paris & Disneyland was good on paper. It was also across the road from a shopping mall, and it also reportedly had it’s own parking space. 2. The host was friendly and responsive to our challenges gaining access to the property.

Gaining access to the property was a pain. 1) there was a deposit, which was unusual for booking.com, requested via booking messages in french. We weren’t expecting a deposit, so hasn’t seen it (as we also dont read french) and booking says as part of their t&cs to be wary of requests for money outside the platform. Upon consultation with booking they said it was detailed on their page, so we went to pay the deposit. However this necessitated filling in lots of details on an external website. Which once completed, necessitated the filling in of more documents, including a police identification page with passports. Again unusual. Finally we were sent the instructions, which involved accessing another non user friendly website. 2. It was blistering hot, telephone data was poor and the non user friendly website left us stuck outside this building with kids and no shelter. Upon contacting the host he whatsapped us the entry code. We were then in the building and had to call him to get him to remotely unlock the door. The door has rigged up some inspector gadget device on an extension lead to the lock which was a trip hazard, particularly with kids. 3. Once in, the property stunk right to the back of your nose of curry type smells, in every room. Reading the review on here it appears the previous occcupants of Germany could smell nothing. Yet I dont know how that could be as they said there was too many of them for the property and washing was a challenge. Not only were surfaces and walls sticky, but there were fruit flies all over the place. No idea how they couldn’t see it. We had to cancel the booking as we could not stay due to the stench. We then had the stress of finding somewhere else to stay in france, last minute. Very disappointing.

Disappointing Experience with family and Kids

Our experience at this accommodation was very disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing. Firstly, the property was absolutely not suitable for 7 people. The space was far too small for our group, and it was not comfortable for the number of guests it was advertised for. Secondly, the accommodation looked very appealing in the photos, but in reality it was significantly smaller and very different from what was presented online. It felt cramped and misleading compared to the listing images. Basic amenities were also lacking. There were not enough towels and toiletries provided for 7 guests over a 4-day stay, which made things inconvenient. Cleanliness was another major concern. The water in the toilet sink appeared dirty, and the kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned. We also noticed stains on the sofa, chairs, and towels, which raised hygiene concerns. After check-out, the host requested an additional €531 claiming a “bad smell,” which we strongly dispute as there was no such issue during our stay. In fact, we had already been concerned when a €300 deposit was unexpectedly requested at the last minute before check-in, which left us with no choice but to pay. Later, this felt like part of an unfair pattern of additional charges. Communication also felt unprofessional, as check-in details were shared through unofficial and suspicious-looking channels, which gave an impression of spam-like communication. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations in terms of space, cleanliness, transparency, or fairness. We would not recommend this accommodation for larger groups.

Excelente ubicación, cerca a Centro Comercial donde está el Carrefour y el Metro de Paris. Muy fácil llegar a Disney y al centro de la ciudad. El piso es lindo, acogedor, limpio y se encuentra en un edificio muy seguro. El anfitrión fue muy amable. Súper recomendable!

Svidjela mi se lokacija objekta, blizu Disneylanda i centra Pariza. Stan je lijep. Lorenzo je simpatičan.

Stan nije održavan. Tave i padele su jako već stare i potrošene, pečnicu ne možeš otvorit od smrada. Check in jako otežan i gubljenje vremena. Čekanje opet jer nismo imali ručnike ni posteljine za 7 ljudi nego za 5 ljudi. Kauć jako neudoban i mali za spavanje, nikako za dvoje ljudi.

Host van tevoren niet gereageerd op vragen. Aankomst onpraktisch en niet zoals via app zoals in instructies stond. Appartement niet/amper schoongemaakt. Veel spullen in keuken maar geen pannen om normaal te kunnen koken. Veel losse rommel in kasten (kleding/dozen), loshangende ledstrips met niet werkende afstandsbedieningen. Bank waar je amper op kon zitten, laat staan slapen. Kussenhoes kapot, onderkant van de bank stuk. Bericht van de host om te bellen om het over compensatie te hebben, maar heeft nooit meer op mijn berichten gereageerd helaas......
