Zentrale Lage, Lidl im Haus, 2 Bäder, grosse Räume
etwas renovierungsbedürftig, keine Kaffeemaschine, sonst alles wunderbar!

Sehr modern und sauber
Zugang zum Apartment etwas verwirrend, Hund vom Nachber bellte leider oft..

The location is strong, giving direct access to the main metro and tram line. There is a super busy Lidl next door which is convenient. The apartment has great potential.
The place is not exactly as you would expect from the pictures. It is okay, but rather a bit meh... The interior is nicely designed but the building and detailing is poorly executed.
The junction where it is located is a hotspot for homeless and other rough looking people and they sort of camp under the arch where the entrance is.
The instructions to get into the property were not clear, they mentioned a key, but then it turned out the process does not require one, it's just a touchpad-code entry. Also it turned out the door cannot be locked from the inside, so we had to realise on the first day, it is not suitable for families with a younger kid as they can easily wander out to the corridor/ main staircase.
