One of the most wonderful travelling experiences - this apartment is a no. 1 choice if you plan to stay here in Civitavecchia. It's clean, cozy and it has everything you need to feel comfortable and sometimes even better than being at home! Congrats to the hosts for designing this apartment in such an amazing manner and for keeping it to the highest standards!
Everything was perfect, except for the fact that the body shower gel was almost missing from one of the bathrooms.

Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We appreciated the condition of the space and found it exactly as described.
The check‑in experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the keys were already available at the apartment, so we reasonably assumed the property was ready.
We briefly entered only to leave our luggage and then went out for lunch. Two of us returned at around 14:19 and the rest after 15:00. Despite this, we were charged an additional €4 per person, even though our actual check‑in occurred after 14:00. This felt unfair and left a negative impression that affected our stay.A clearer and more transparent check‑in process would greatly improve the guest experience.
