Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa in Kiwengwa, Sansibar! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt, mit einem tollen Süßwasser-(Chlor-)Pool, der perfekt zur Abkühlung war. Besonders gut hat uns die Aussicht vom Balkon gefallen – man konnte das Meer sehen, auch wenn direkt vor dem Tor eine unbebaute Fläche war, die aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat.
Gelegentlich gab es Stromausfälle im Ort, was auf Sansibar wohl normal ist, aber dank des vorhandenen Aggregats war das kein Problem – man konnte es einfach einschalten.
Unser Koch, der sich als Freddie vorgestellt hat, war großartig! Jeden Morgen hat er uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet – besonders das Gemüse-Omelett und die Pancakes waren ein Traum. Auf Wunsch hat er auch abends für uns gekocht; das Kuku Makange war fantastisch und absolut zu empfehlen!
Unser Host Iliasa war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Er hat regelmäßig über WhatsApp nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und sich sofort um kleine Probleme (wie den Strom) gekümmert. Abends kam außerdem ein Masai-Wächter in den Garten, um die Unterkunft zu schützen – das war offensichtlich üblich in der Gegend und hat uns ein zusätzlich sicheres Gefühl gegeben.
Wir hatten aber auch außerhalb der Unterkunft nie Angst oder Bedenken – die Menschen vor Ort waren durchweg freundlich und wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt.
Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 🌴

Un séjour exceptionnel, à seulement quelques pas de la plage. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter du soleil et de la mer. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse rare, et une mention spéciale à Eliyas, qui s'est montré extrêmement attentif à nos besoins tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours disponible et réactif, il a fait en sorte que chaque moment passé ici soit inoubliable. L'accueil, les services et la qualité de l'établissement surpassent largement nos attentes. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour de détente et de confort absolu !"
