Awful, poorly maintained, moved out after one night.

The accommodation was unclean, unsafe and not as advertised. It was also unbelievably hot! Two of the three air conditioning units were broken. A review from the previous week’s tenant posted during our stay revealed that they had been broken over a week, reported but not repaired. The temperature was intolerable. There was little ventilation. There was no private terrace attached to the apartment. It was out the front door, up two flights of stairs and shared with other apartments. It was unclean and used for storage. The balcony was also not connected to the apartment, it was on a communal landing. There was only one door key for both the apartment and the front door two flights of stairs below. This was bolted to the electricity key that powered the one working air-con unit. This made the logistics incredibly challenging between five adults wanting to go out independently, or get back indoors. Taking the front door key out effectively withdrew the electricity for anyone at the apartment. There were two large overflowing water-tanks that were spilling water onto the street. We were berated by a neighbour. The owner said these were our responsibility to empty, as was emptying recycling at local municipal sites. It was too hot to sleep with the limited air-con and ventilation. The main kitchen/living area had no windows. There was a ceiling fan but it looked at risk of spinning off it’s very loose fixing and falling on the bed. It was very dangerous. There was no Wi-Fi. It simply didn’t exist. There was no router in the apartment. The code and password provided by the owner (by text after they had left) bore no relation to any local network. The place was dirty. The linoleum table cloth was cut and torn, a chair was broken, the kitchen lacked basic resources and there was mould in the oven. Seat covering were dirty. It was a horrendous place with many issues, particularly the lack of air-con, outdoor space, accessibility and safety. We moved out after one night

Pulizia di pale e ventilatori non era troppo regolare, lenzuola sporche. È caduto un pezzo del balcone in strada, che poteva colpire qualcuno. Condizionatori non funzionanti contemporaneamente. Spazzatura: non siamo stati istruiti della necessità di presentare la delega della tari e abbiamo dovuto riportare indietro i rifiuti una volta giunti a piedi nel luogo della discarica.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione

Appartamento molto caldo anche perché 2 split aria condizionata hanno smesso di funzionare dopo 3 giorni sollecitato il problema mai nessuno si è visto. Se chiamavi per qualcosa che mancava nessuno rispondeva, per messaggio ti rispondevano dopo più o meno 18 ore . Cucina poco attrezzata ,mancavano le cose più banali che solitamente si usano in cucina. Esperienza come appartamento pessima. Posso esprimermi in positivo solo per la posizione, le spiagge quelle più rinomate si trovano più o meno a 3 km .
