Vacation Home Amid the Vineyards of Bakovcica

Our vacation home, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, is charmingly situated in the heart of nature among the vineyards of Bakovcica
on the outskirts of the county seat of Koprivnica in northern Croatia.
A visit to the town of Koprivnica will be full of surprises. Beautiful alleys with authentic
shops, a colorful town market, a lively town square with sunny cafés and terraces, as well as
parks where there’s always something to do. The monumental buildings from the Austro-Hungarian Empire are
another highlight of a varied visit.

The lounge chairs by the pool offer a beautiful view of the Drau River. The pool measures
7x3.5 meters and is a maximum of 1.50 meters deep. On cooler evenings, enjoy the romance of a campfire around
the fire pit in the garden. For our younger guests, in addition to toys inside the house, the garden features a
treehouse as well as a climbing frame with a swing and slide for playing.
A spacious terrace in front of the living area, furnished with cozy patio furniture, invites you to linger.
An outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, hot plate, grill, and seating is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.

The vacation home can accommodate up to 7 guests in 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two
pull-out single beds that convert to a double. An additional sleeping space is available in the living area
on the sleeper sofa.
The fully air-conditioned living area features a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove
oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and toaster
. In case of bad weather, an Android TV with IPTV (2,400
channels) is available in the living room. The vacation home features state-of-the-art technology; Wi-Fi and W-Lan
are available for unlimited use. On colder days, you can relax by the fireplace.
The vacation home features a modern, spacious bathroom on the first floor with a tub, bidet, toilet
, and washing machine. An additional separate toilet is available on the upper floor.
The upper floor also features the vacation home’s private sauna.
A contact person is available on-site to assist you in Croatian, English, and German with advice and
practical help.
During peak season, the minimum stay is 5 nights; during the off-season, it is 2
nights. The listed rental price is based on the maximum occupancy of 7 people. Costs such as
tourist tax, energy consumption, and heating costs are already included in the price.
