Location. Comfy bed. Room temperture.
Top room stairs take getting used to especially carrying bags. TV pointless. Light switch at far end of a dark room. Walking out of shower to hall and you are in view of school across road no blinds on hall window

Location was good for our needs. The bedroom, shared kitchen and bathroom were very clean. When we had difficulty getting into the accommodation, the issue was resolved quickly through a WhatsApp call.
The carpet and walls on the lower section of stairs were grubby looking unlike the rest of the interiors, which were clean and very comfortable. The security light at the building entrance turns off too quickly.
