This 75-square-meter apartment is located in Westerode, a small town that borders Duderstadt. You can reach Duderstadt in 5 minutes and Göttingen in 25 minutes. The beautiful Harz Mountains, perfect for hiking, are just over 45 minutes away.

With a fully equipped kitchen, freshly made beds, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV, you’ll have everything you need. All windows in the apartment are fitted with pleated blinds. A fireplace is also available for cozy days during the winter months.

This unique apartment offers you a relaxing home away from home with laminate flooring during your vacation. The building’s clay construction ensures a pleasantly cool climate in the summer and a cozy, warm one in the winter. The electric vertical awnings in the living room enhance the cozy atmosphere.

The living room is located on the mezzanine level. You can reach it via a wooden staircase with 7 steps. In the living area, you’ll find a spacious sofa with a lounge corner and plenty of room to relax.

In addition to dishes and cutlery, the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking. The dishwasher helps with cleanup so you can make the most of your vacation time. A kettle, a microwave, and a Cafissimo coffee maker round out your culinary experience.

The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with tiles, a shower, and a towel warmer. LED lighting ensures a pleasantly bright atmosphere in the bathroom. A large mirror with soft lighting enhances the ambiance. In addition to soap and towels, a hair dryer is also available.

The bedroom is located at the end of the apartment and can be reached via a small hallway. Here you’ll find a freshly made box-spring bed (1.80 m wide), a large closet, and plenty of space—for your luggage, for example. An armchair and a small coffee table are also available here.

On your way to the bedroom, you’ll pass the work corner. Here, we offer you the opportunity to extend your vacation by a few days and work from home. In addition to two monitors, a mouse and keyboard are available for your use. Everything is conveniently connected via a docking station, so you only need one plug to work or edit your vacation photos on two large monitors. A modern fiber-optic connection and comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage make working a pleasure.

You’re also welcome to use the apartment’s outdoor area. A tall hedge ensures plenty of privacy here. In addition to a patio and the garden furniture provided there, we also offer you the chance to relax on the sunny rooftop terrace.

If you’re arriving by car, you can park it safely and free of charge in the carport. Another parking space is also available right next to the house.
