Holiday home De Groote Kaap is a fantastic group accommodation for up to 22 guests. With the dunes right on your doorstep, the property enjoys a truly exceptional location. It is hard to get much closer to the beach.



Inside, there is plenty of entertainment for both young and old. From a games console and billiards to table tennis and a cosy card table, there is something for everyone.



This unique accommodation is ideal for stays with family, several families travelling together, or groups of friends. It is also very suitable for business meetings with overnight accommodation.



The main building accommodates 18 guests, while the annex accommodates 4 guests. The spacious living room in the main house is cosy and comfortable. The large kitchen offers plenty of room to cook together while enjoying a drink at the bar area. The dining table has enough space for everyone to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner together. The garden also features a long outdoor dining table, perfect for meals outside.



The accommodation has spacious bedrooms, many of which have their own private bathroom — a real luxury. One of the ground-floor bathrooms has been adapted for guests with reduced mobility. In total, there are 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.



The annex is a real added bonus to this accommodation. Here you will find entertainment for everyone. Whether you enjoy gaming, billiards, table tennis, air hockey, darts or a friendly game of cards, there is something for all ages.



It is a great space where children can play together, or where the group can split up in the evening. There is plenty of room and a wide range of options to suit different preferences. Thanks to the kitchen in the annex, you can also enjoy snacks and drinks there.

All in all, this is an accommodation where your group can enjoy a fantastic stay together. We recommend booking well in advance, as the property is often reserved far ahead.
