Studio for 2 to 4 people ideally located in the Douchka building, Falaise district, near the entrance to the station, close to the covered parking; Ski-in/ski-out access at the foot of the building, supermarket, ski rental shop, shops, restaurant nearby. 25 m² apartment, quiet, with a beautiful view, 5 minutes from the children's village, Aquariaz 1 minute walk, south-facing balcony. You can also enjoy this apartment in the summer, many activities are possible: downhill mountain biking / electric mountain biking / hikes accessible to all ages / the Fantasticable zip line / via ferrata / downhill karting… Apartment description: Main room with table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed (140/190), TV, coffee tables, end table Sofa - Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso-type capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette/hot stone grill, crockery, cutlery, cookware - Bathroom: shower, towel warmer, toilet, sink with storage, hairdryer - Bedroom: double bed (140/190 cm), wardrobe, bedside table - Hallway/entrance: numerous hooks, storage, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket - Ski locker in a room on the first floor of the residence - PLEASE NOTE: bed linen and towels are NOT PROVIDED, but can be rented from from a concierge company that will deliver them directly to you. We can provide you with their contact information. Also note that dish towels and bath mats are not provided and cannot be rented on site. ATTENTION: - NON-SMOKING apartment, smoking permitted only on the balcony. - Do not wear ski boots in the apartment. - Pets are NOT ALLOWED. - End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price; however, the apartment must be left clean: trash, refrigerator, and dishwasher emptied.

The apartment is in the perfect location for skiing. There is a ski hire shop directly underneath & ski in & out works perfectly. The supermarket is located right outside of the ski room too.The apartment is cosy & well equipped.
