The villa is just 120 m from the sea and occupies a strategic and privileged location that makes it truly unique. Nestled in a lush pine forest, the villa is located in the renowned “Zinzulusa” area, near the cave of the same name, and offers a spectacular view of the coastline facing Castro and the coastline facing Santa Cesarea.

The villa features the typical characteristics of local homes, with dry-stone walls, Mediterranean scrub, and maritime pines, but what makes it unique is a splendid terrace that encircles the entire villa and, featuring a beautiful pool, extends toward the sea, offering guests an enchanting view. The villa is accessed via a distinctive staircase made of local stone or through a picturesque path nestled among the pine trees. Outside the villa, there are two showers and a barbecue. The decor is typical of a seaside villa—fresh and modern—with new amenities and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, allowing guests to enjoy a completely relaxing vacation.

Villa Il Faro features a spacious garden filled with trees and vegetation typical of the Mediterranean scrub, along with a large furnished terrace and a pool that surrounds the entire villa. The home offers a comfortable living room overlooking the sea, set in a lush pine forest; a spacious kitchen; an utility room off the kitchen where the washing machine is located; a double bedroom with a sea view; a second single bedroom, also with a sea view, an additional double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
Also belonging to the property is a charming, quaint bungalow "La Casina," consisting of a terrace and a beautiful garden with typical Mediterranean scrub vegetation, a dining-living area with a modern kitchen, a master bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The villa has 2 uncovered parking spaces.

Weekly rates include: the initial supply of bed and bath linens; water and electricity consumption up to a maximum of 100 kWh per week (any excess is charged to the tenant at a rate of €0.50/kWh, based on the final meter reading and deducted from the security deposit). The cost of the final cleaning is to be paid separately, upon arrival and in cash, in the amount of €250.00. Pets are not allowed. Note: For stays of fewer than 11 nights, linens will not be changed. The villa’s location in a pine forest results in poor Wi-Fi reception.

As required by law, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day is due for stays of up to 5 nights. Children under 14 and people with disabilities are exempt.
