The Casale Vallechiesa Winery Country House is located in Frascati and is the perfect place—just 30 minutes from Rome—where you can enjoy a peaceful stay in a relaxing setting, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The Frascati train station is about 2 km away and is easily accessible on foot.
The Enea Frascati and ESA ESRIN research centers are about a 4- to 5-minute drive away and about a 30-minute walk.
TRAVELING BY CAR IS RECOMMENDED.
The space
Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by an atmosphere of serenity in a country home where the design blends seamlessly with the rural setting, surrounded by vineyards in the province of Rome.
All the furnishings and accessories are new, and the linens are of excellent quality.
- Kitchen: featuring a table for 4 people, a comfortable and new high-quality kitchen, well-organized and equipped with new appliances such as a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, plates, water and wine glasses, pots and various utensils, paper napkins, paper napkins, placemats, oil, salt, vinegar.
- Suite 1: very spacious and bright with 2 windows; it features a double bed, a large closet, a dresser, and a 40-inch HD Smart TV, as well as air conditioning.
- Small Suite 2: a small, bright room with a single bed and a single sleeper chair, as well as an antique sideboard, a coffee table, and air conditioning.
The mattresses in both rooms are equipped with mattress toppers and will ensure a peaceful and comfortable night’s sleep.
- Bathroom: with a window, featuring a spacious shower, bidet, toilet, and sink with a modern cabinet; it is fully equipped with everything you need, including a hair dryer, complimentary toiletries such as hand soap, bath foam, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, and a small first-aid kit.
Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator and is very well connected to various major roads such as the GRA, various highways, and you can reach the center of ROME in about 30 minutes.
Parking is free and located on the property.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM; both procedures are carried out in the presence of one of our staff members.
