About this apartment rental
This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is great for a large family and centrally located where you can walk to town, or catch the free shuttle. The living room features a wood burning fireplace, and a large 55" Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything required to prepare meals and a kitchen nook for dining that seats 4. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, with a 43" TV, stand up desk, and a jack and jill bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and features a private stacked washer and dryer. The second guest bedroom features a Queen bed, plus Twin over Twin bunks, and a 32" TV. With a convenient central location you can walk to shops, restaurants, coffee and the grocery store. There is a red line shuttle stop on Meridian Blvd that can take you to the lodges, and the Village. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are approx. 20 steps to this unit, 1 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted, this unit sleeps a maximum of 6. Our calendar is updated in real time.
