Welcome to the Casa Gioia apartment in Montescudo, a cozy place that will make you feel right at home. Andrea, the son who manages the apartment, will be happy to welcome you and give you a warm welcome to this fantastic area.

The spacious and comfortable living area features a cozy sleeper sofa and a Smart TV for your relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, an oven, and a microwave—perfect for preparing your favorite meals to share with up to 6 people. The first bathroom features a bathtub with a shower and all the necessary amenities. The first bedroom is a spacious and bright double bedroom, with a large closet and a spacious terrace offering an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside. The second room features a comfortable sofa bed and can be used as a study area. Downstairs, you’ll find a second small bathroom with a washing machine and a shower stall. Outside, the private outdoor space lets you soak up the sun and enjoy an al fresco dinner with friends and family. The apartment’s location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, such as the beautiful city of Rimini, the Adriatic coast, San Marino, San Patrignano, and so much more! Montescudo is also close to numerous natural attractions, such as the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Regional Nature Park, perfect for hiking or biking. We enjoyed our stay very much! It is in a peaceful location that is very quiet and beautiful. We stayed for three weeks and it became like our home. The apartment was clean and as described. We would stay there again!
