With its timeless elegance, this refined corner of Rome tells a fascinating story. Originally known as “Monte Pelaiolo” for its pear trees, Parioli transformed in the early 20th century from simple farmland into an aristocratic residential area, while retaining its elite charm.
Our property is located just a short walk from Piazza delle Muse, an iconic spot offering breathtaking views of northern Rome—a place so beloved by Jean-Paul Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir. Bus 360 also departs from here, taking you quickly to the historic center and Termini Station.
Just a couple of minutes’ walk away is the LUISS Guido Carli campus, ranked among the top 20 universities in the world and a leader in Italy for political and international studies. Continuing toward Piazza Ungheria, it’s just another five-minute walk to the splendid Villa Borghese, with its zoo and the famous Borghese Gallery. Here you can admire masterpieces by immortal artists such as Gian Lorenzo Bernini, with his extraordinary sculptures, including the famous Paolina Borghese sculpted by Canova. There is also no shortage of paintings by masters such as Raphael, Titian, and Caravaggio.
