The house has 1 suite, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with foosball table. Barbecue and backyard in the outdoor area. A quiet and cozy beach, ideal for children. In the summer the waters are warm and pleasant. For the more adventurous, there is the 7 beaches trail, of moderate difficulty and with stunning scenery. It has all the infrastructure around. The space: You will find a beautiful house. Well ventilated, spacious and integrated with nature. It comfortably accommodates 10 people. Bedroom 1 has a suite with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. The rooms have air conditioning. Large kitchen, equipped with all household utensils. Living room and dining room with foosball table. Outside there is a Parrilla-type barbecue, dining table and a great backyard. Garage for 3 cars. The entire space is independent, the whole house is walled. The entire house will be available, with the exception of a small room where personal belongings are kept. Guest Access: Access is direct via the Rio-Santos highway (25 km from Caraguatatuba and 20 km from the center of Ubatuba). It is located near ACSPM - Colônia de Férias de Ubatuba. The region has all the necessary infrastructure such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, health center, among others. Other things to consider: We do not provide pillows, blankets, sheets, beach/bath towels, dish towels, parasols, or chairs. beach. We do not provide consumer goods and hygiene products such as salt, detergent, olive oil, coffee, charcoal, toilet paper, soap, etc. Each guest will need to bring their own.
