The specific condo was great! The building itself was suppose to be non smoking clearly this was not enforced.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic, the building had great amenities, and the host was incredibly responsive. We had a small issue with the lock when we arrived, and she responded immediately and resolved it quickly. If I had to mention one minor thing, it would be that some parts of the unit feel a little dated, but that’s understandable for the area and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, a great experience!

Overall, our stay was average. The location was excellent, the valet staff was friendly and efficient, the on-site Tiki restaurant was a great amenity, and the A/C worked well. We also appreciated being able to check in early for a 35 fee.The biggest concern was security. Shortly after we arrived, someone unlocked the door and entered the condo before apologizing and leaving. The next day, we returned to find the door unlocked after being away. The host reviewed the lock history and confirmed the first entry was from the cleaner, but there was no record explaining why the door was unlocked the second time. This left us uncomfortable about the security of our belongings. I ended up downloading the August app to verify the door was locked whenever we left.The condo could also use some updates. The beds were uncomfortable, the sofa bed was just couch cushions, the floor between the living room and kitchen is uneven, and the bathroom door has peeling paint. There weren’t enough bath towels for our group, and no beach towels were provided. The pool towel system was frustrating, and I still haven’t received a response from the host regarding the towel deposit refund.Overall, the location was the highlight, but the security concerns, maintenance issues, and lack of follow-up mean I would not stay here again.
