Located less than a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway, this thoughtfully designed cabin offers a peaceful wooded setting with convenient access to Little Switzerland, downtown Spruce Pine, Burnsville, scenic hiking trails, waterfalls, local restaurants, and mountain attractions.

The Space

The Little Blue Cabin accommodates up to 4 guests and features two levels of thoughtfully furnished living space, offering comfortable accommodations and peaceful wooded surroundings.

Important Accessibility Information: The two levels are connected by a spiral staircase with a recommended weight limit of 200 pounds. Guests who cannot safely use the staircase or who exceed the recommended weight limit should access the lower level using the separate exterior entrance.

Important Property Information

Please review the following details before booking to ensure The Little Blue Cabin is a good fit for your stay.

Private Property: Guests have access to the entire cabin and its designated outdoor spaces. There are no shared interior living areas.

Staircase: The cabin features a spiral staircase connecting the main and lower levels. The staircase has a recommended weight limit of 200 pounds. A separate exterior entrance is available for lower-level access.

Children: The property has not been specifically childproofed. Guests traveling with young children should consider the spiral staircase, outdoor areas, and other property features when determining suitability.

Pets: Pets are not permitted.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property.

Cell Service: Cellular reception may be limited or inconsistent due to the mountain location. WiFi is provided.

Driveway: The driveway is shared with neighboring properties. Please keep the driveway clear and avoid blocking access.

Wildlife & Insects: The cabin is located in a wooded mountain environment. Although the property receives routine pest treatments, occasional insects and wildlife may be present.

Front Gate: Please keep the front gate closed when not entering or exiting to help discourage wildlife from accessing the porch and deck areas.

Hot Tub: Guests are asked to replace and secure the hot tub cover after each use and return the temperature to 85°F. Please do not sit or lean on the open hot tub cover.

Neighbors: Please respect neighboring properties, designated property boundaries, and quiet enjoyment of the surrounding community.

Please Note: This is a full description of the sleeping arrangements at the cabin.

The primary bedroom upstairs has a full-size bed, ideal for a couple or individual, with its own bathroom featuring a tub for relaxing soaks.

Downstairs, there's a twin-sized couch bed, plus a Cordaroy's bean bag (As seen on Shark Tank) that unfolds into a full-size bed, adding additional flexibility for guest arrangements. The downstairs bathroom has a shower.

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.

This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor gas fireplace year-round. We provide one full tank of propane for your stay.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

GARBAGE: Guest are allowed to leave two (13 gallon trash bags) for free upon their departure. Any other trash must be disposed of at the local convenience center. If you choose not to take your garbage and leave more than two bags then there is a required trash fee of $25-$35 that is to be collected depending on the number of bags you leave at the property.

**Please do not leave any loose un-bagged trash in any of the indoor or outdoor garbage cans.

PLEASE NOTE: There are security cameras located both corners of the porch. This is only for the owner to keep an eye on their property when it's vacant. The cameras are motion detected and records for 20 secs when it detects motion, it also has audio.
