About this apartment rental
A cozy, intimate little house in a quiet area surrounded by greenery and a 5-minute walk from downtown.
In the morning, you’ll be woken by birdsong, and at sunset, you’ll see roe deer passing by right outside your windows. From the house, it’s a 3-minute walk to the “Percorso delle Acque,” a well-marked trail that will take you through beautiful landscapes.
Although it’s just a 5-minute walk from town, you’ll need your own transportation.
It’s a small house but has everything you need, located in a small building where we also live, so we’ll be there for you if you need anything.
The house has a bedroom with a double bed, an open closet, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The bathroom has a shower, a bidet, and a large window, and the living room features a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, an electric kettle, a smart TV, and a sofa.
All the windows overlook the inner courtyard.
Free parking is available, and if you have bicycles or a motorcycle, we can store them safely on the property.
