The room was bigger than expected and well equipped. Both beds and sofa were very comfortable. There were TVs in both rooms but only one remote so we had to share. AC was awesome and well needed! Breakfast was very basic but did the job. I did find the cleaner quite rude and she kept yelling and telling us off in Italian even after I told her I didn't know. She also told us to leave the apartment at 10am when my booking said check-out was at 10:30am.

We booked this place at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised. It is close to the train terminal and airport as well as walking distance to several of the major sites to see. It was clean, good beds and an awesome little patio. Our only concern was the WiFi not being available through out the apartment but our host was super responsive about checking it out.

Entrance, lobby and elevator was inconvenient

The staff are excellent, very helpful, and quick (in English) on WhatsApp, so everything was easy, place was easy to find and get into. Great location, very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!!

easy access around the city right next to the train station!

6 / 10Average·Nov 2025

The room was nice and had enough space for 4 people. The breakfast was fine and was plenty of food to fill up on. However, the shower leaked all over the floor every time we used it, and we had to use our towels to dry it up. When we inquired about additional towels we were told they were 5 euros each. That seems like an excessive charge since we just wanted to swap our used towels for clean ones. We also asked for more toilet paper as we had run out, but we never received more.
