Very clean , comfortable hotel with great breakfast and excellent staff/services at reception and restaurant.
We booked an airport transfer to the hotel which is highly recommended with KTM being rather chaotic. But our van was not in the best condition although the driver was very nice and the pick up very smooth

Clean and comfy bed
Lobby area completely disorganize, food taste is poor. Overall this hotel standard 3 star level. Totally not value for money that you paid 100 USD. I order mutton curry and they charged me Rs 2100 it's ridiculous. While i checked in, staff has a great smile and said they will deliver my luggage but they took almost an hour to deliver it after i called them. Room size and amenities are completely not match as a five star hotel. As they claim it's five star hotel, room toilet math room is consider tiny as for five star hotel. There are so many things to improve.
