Great location and very suitable for those who are mobile and out and about most of the time.

Great location, short walking distance to attractions, tapas bars and restaurants Apartment living area and bathroom are spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities Blinds and shutters worked well to reduce street noise and make it dark etc Apartment and building felt very secure and safe Very suitable for those who are mobile and spend most of their time out and about.

Don’t intend it to be a critical or negative but just a few facts to make others aware of what they are renting Bedroom is a good size but unfortunately the layout means the bed has to be small to fit into the recessed alcove making getting in and out of bed cumbersome. For anyone with mobility issues may wish to consider the foyer is split level and narrow and required some moderate effort to get bags up the steps to the elevator landing. We had a B side apartment on the second floor which was at the back of the building making it feel dark and boxed in because we had to keep blinds closed to avoid looking directly into other internal apartments bedroom windows etc literally 2-3 metres away.

Good but only for a short stay

Silent district and good location. .

We were not given the access keys on time and had to contact the receptionists after our arrival. They couldn't be contacted by phone but only through messages (with further delayed responses). All this was not explained nor expected in their arrival procedure. I experienced some issues with the heating system as it absorbs a lot of current and the electrical breakers disconnect after a short time. I had no clues on how to reset all. I finally found the circuit box downstairs and managed to make it work. Unfortunately no help came from the apartment manual nor from the receptionists. I decided not to use the heating anymore but only because the weather was quite good. The bed is located in a tiny space making any movement around it almost complicated. The bedroom has no day curtains so either you stay in the dark or let other people look at you through the window. Very minimal cutlery and accessories in the kitchen.

Acceptable but not extremely comfortable

Its central location

Lighting was dreadful. Only ceiling bright lights. I asked for a small bedside lamp for the bedroom and another one for the lounge and no action. This would have made both rooms much cosier.
