I wish I didn’t book

I need to dispute the property marking our reservation as a “no-show.” This is incorrect. We did show up and entered the property at check-in.
After entering the apartment, we discovered multiple cleanliness and sanitation issues, including trash, roaches, and stained bedding. We inspected the apartment and beds, took photographs of the conditions, and immediately contacted the property to report the problems.
The property told us that someone would be sent the following morning. Because we could not reasonably spend the night under those conditions, we left and obtained alternative accommodations. I have the hotel receipt showing where we stayed that night.
The property owner has also communicated with us about the condition of the apartment and has acknowledged our presence by claiming that the beds and items in the apartment were used. We explained that the bedding was moved while we were inspecting the beds and documenting the conditions. These communications themselves are inconsistent with the reservation being characterized as a no-show.
I am requesting that Booking.com correct/dispute the no-show designation and review this as a complaint regarding the condition of the accommodation. I am also requesting a full refund because we were unable to stay at the property due to the conditions we encountered upon arrival.
I can provide photographs, screenshots of our communications with the property, the message telling us someone would come the following morning, the property’s instruction to contact Booking.com, and the receipt for the hotel where we stayed instead.
Please escalate this matter for review and provide me with a case/reference number.
