Apartment 28, overlooking Akaroa harbour, great views. Shops and restaurants close by. Missed the famous Akaroa fish and chip shop which is now up for sale, but no fault of the accommodation. Apartment spread over 2 floors, two bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen, dining area and a comfortable lounge, well needed after a days walking and spending time at the French Festival.
Not much. A lot of work and renovations going on around Akaroa. Maybe a little early in the season, but we were well catered for in terms of shops and restaurants.
