Very helpful and friendly staff!! Staff's readiness to help you with any request really makes you close eyes on some small hotel imperfections.
Excellent breakfast and dinner, but the price for the dinner buffet with 39eur per person was too high in my opinion. Great facilities: a nice pool under pine trees and restaurant next to it. Pool towels were provided too. The bar next to the private beach with beach chairs and umbrella was really nice. Beach area in general was exceptional! Very beautiful nature with pine trees. Own parking was comfortable.
Even though there is a smart TV in the room, it didn't have WiFi. A responsible staff was sent to fix it, but the solution was not satisfactory. The gym is there but gym devices are not in the best condition or not working at all. In October the AC was switched off already and it was a little too hot in the room during the day. The elevator didn't work properly. In general, hotel needs renovation and with that fine tuning it would become exceptional. In the first days of our stay there were big buses from DACH region, which made breakfast and dinner a little bit crowded.
