The rooms were spacious and clean, with an amazing view of Mt Batur from your balcony. Location was also fantastic.
The room needs a ceiling fan just to circulate the air of a night time, it can be quite stuffy and possibly a fridge. Only issue would be the balcony was missing a glass panel which is super dangerous.

Close to town. Easy to walk to places. Great view of the mountains. Good value. Good friendly staff. Hot water in the shower. Enjoyed my stay. No complaints.
Get what you pay for. Its an older building everything works a 3 not 4 star facility. But 3 is a good rating.

View in the morning spectacular with warmer weather dining outside would be a huge feature. Very few other patrons so very private.
No service and only saw 2 staff and the owner in 2 days and nights there.Has a lot of potential but verandahs not safe for young children. Lucky l bought beer because we couldn't access the bar.
Needs safety work. Needs attentive staff and with some money spent a 6-8 person spa or small pool would help the bookings.
