Great location (we parked in the multistorey on Windsor Street and thought the parking fees were reasonable). Easy access to property. Super space inside for family of 4 for a weekend. Good heating and hot shower water. Kids found the beds really comfy in their room. Lovely view from the main bedroom of the garden in Shakespeare's Birthplace. Nice touch of a welcome pack with tea, coffee, and biscuits. We ate out so didn't use cooking facilities but everything needed was supplied if we had.
We had a couple of issues during our stay that were sorted really quickly by the host which was much appreciated.
We would recommend Shakespaws Cat Cafe which is 5mins away for families (pre-booked) and loved the Sunday market by the river, as well as the Shakespeare attractions.
We did notice the strong drains smell, that has been mentioned in other reviews, from the kitchen. We were out and about most of our stay, but noticed that the same smell is along all that road as you go past drains so we think it's a bigger issue, the air freshener does help though.

Vi lavede selv morgenmaden.Husets beliggenhed var lige overfor Shakespeares barndomshjem,saa det var en fornojelse at slaa gardinerne fra om morgenen.Vi var i Stratford for at opsoege alle relevante steder. for the Bard!!Vi kom fra Haworth hvor vi besoegte Bronteernes steder.Vi havde lidt problemer med doerlaasene,men vaertinden kom omgaaende og hjalp.Takket vaere hende saa vi As uou like it pga uafhentede billetter.Hjemmefra saa vi alt udsolgt.Brilliante billetter for no money!!

The house was so comfortable with everything we needed. The proximity to the centre of Stratford was just perfect. Both had a great sleep on the comfortable beds.

Nicely decorated and reasonably well equipped property in ideal location for exploring Stratford.
Bedrooms were small, in particular the twin had room for only 2 single beds, placed less that a foot apart, and no other furniture or equipment - probably ok for 2 children but not for adults. There was no teapot.
