Don't be worried about other review!

The house is very spacious, with 3 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas. The patio area and pool is a good size to relax in. Property was clean throughout with adequate parking for a large SUV. Around a 20-minute walk to Yumbo, but a nice easy stroll. Would deffo stay here again!

VILLA CUCA. Cockroach Infestation Jungle

No podemos destacar ninguno, ya que cuestiones básicas e imprescindibles en cualquier alojamiento turístico, como la limpieza, la higiene y el correcto estado de las instalaciones, hicieron que decidiéramos no hospedarnos en la vivienda y abandonar la propiedad poco después de nuestra llegada.

Solicitamos realizar el check-in antes de la hora establecida y terminamos esperando más de dos horas en la puerta sin recibir información clara por parte de la propiedad. Durante ese tiempo entendimos que podían estar realizando labores de limpieza o acondicionamiento de la vivienda, por lo que esperamos pacientemente. Por desgracia, la realidad fue muy distinta. Una vez conseguimos acceder a la propiedad, no tardamos ni 30 minutos en marcharnos. Y habríamos salido antes de no ser porque estuvimos esperando respuesta tanto de Booking como de la empresa gestora, Click&Guest. Las condiciones de la vivienda eran, a nuestro juicio, inaceptables para un alojamiento turístico: una plaga cucarachas muertas repartidas por distintas zonas de la casa, humedad, plantas completamente secas, suciedad y una piscina que no presentaba un estado adecuado. Todo ello quedó documentado mediante fotografías y vídeos tomados a nuestra llegada. La única solución que se nos ofreció fue la cancelación gratuita de la estancia. No se nos proporcionó un alojamiento alternativo ni una solución inmediata, por lo que tuvimos que reorganizar nuestras vacaciones de urgencia. Lo más decepcionante no fue solo el estado de la vivienda, sino la falta de una respuesta eficaz ante una situación que nunca debió producirse.

Wer keine Probleme mit Kakerlaken, Schmutz und Lärm hat, kann dieses Haus buchen.

Unterm Strich kann man bei dieser Unterkunft nur die Lage als gut bezeichnen.

Wir fliegen seit vielen Jahren jeden Winter für 2-4 Wochen auf die Kanaren. So etwas wie in dieser Unterkunft haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir via WhatsApp darüber informiert, dass sich niemand mit uns an der Unterkunft treffen könne, da es angeblich Buchungsüberschneidungen gibt. Die Schlüssel lagen in einem Blumentrog vor der Haustür. Im Haus angekommen viel sofort der Dreck auf! Das Haus wurde keinesfalls vorher ordentlich gereinigt. Die Küche war so schmutzig, dass die Arbeitsfläche mit kleinen Ameisen übersäht war. Insgesamt ist das Haus in einem schlechten Zustand. Offene Stromleitungen in den Wänden, riesige Schimmelflecken über die halbe Wand mit offenen Steckdosen, beschädigte Fliesen und alle Pflanzen im Haus waren vertrocknet. Die Ausstattung entsprach überhaupt nicht dem, was auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Es fehlten mehrere Gegenstände. Die Poolpumpe war unglaublich laut. Es gab keinen Moment an dem man entspannen konnte. Das Haus ist obendrein extrem Hellhörig, man hört ALLES aus der angrenzenden Haushälfte. Wenn dort wie bei uns junge Leute wohnen, die jede Nacht erst um 2 Uhr nach Hause kommen, hat man keinen Schlaf! In den Duschen gibt es praktisch keinen Wasserdruck und bis warmes Wasser kommt, muss man diesen eine halbe Stunde laufen lassen. Duschen war die reinste Katastrophe! Es gab zwar einen reservierten Parkplatz vor dem Haus, dieser wird aber auf der Straße grundsätzlich von Nachbarn zur Hälfte zugeparkt. Aber das aller schlimmste und widerlichste war, als wir am ersten Morgen unseren Kaffee auf der Couch trinken wollten und unter der Couch eine riesige Kakerlake heraus gerannt ist! Schreiend ist meine Frau auf die Kakerlake gesprungen. Im Keller haben wir dann noch mehr Kakerlaken gefunden. Unter der Spüle haben wir ein halb leeres Insektenspray gefunden und damit versucht das in den Griff zu bekommen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir bereits ca. 10 Kakerlaken im Haus! Wir haben alle bzw.
