The area is wonderful for walking inside the medieval city and it also has shortcuts from the various gates to get out to points of the new city. The energy of the building, the staff, and the atmosphere is amazing, especially if you are expecting a place with beautiful architecture, chivalry, and lovely evenings. Overall, the location is perfect; it gives you direct access to all the commercial streets, bars, and restaurants of the medieval city, yet it is in a spot that offers peace and quiet!
Everything was fine, no complain. Just as a characteristic, architecturally, the building is like a small castle, so access to the upper floors is naturally by stairs, but the staff will help you with your luggage upon request . Also you can book a room on groundfloor.

Good location. Very pretty from the outside

When we arrived but we had been sent a message explaining where the key to our room was. However the tap in the sink in the bathroom had virtually no water coming out, barely more than a drip, making it almost impossible to wash hands or face. Also the remote for the air conditioning did not work and we could not turn the air conditioning off all night and got cold. The buffet breakfast really wasn’t up to much. And the only coffee they had was Nescafé. There was a filter coffee pot but no instructions on how to use it. Also it was very overpriced and hardly a deluxe room.
