This was a pre uni drop off stay for us and it worked perfectly. Levi was an excellent host, providing all the information required ahead of time, a warm greeting and a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price. The room was spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated and the shared bathroom/shower was very modern.
There was nothing I didn't like, however it's not the first time I've booked with Booking.com where you're not sure exactly what you are getting due to a somewhat ambiguous listing. In reality this is an 'Urban B&B' and it certainly does that job well.

Great stay, host was very accommodating to my gf needs, we selected a room with an en-suite and the facilities were good.
Only issue we had was finding the property, might be helpful to share the door number, but this is not a reflection of the quality of the stay and the host was immediately responsive in guiding us to the property.

clean and tidy room, very spacious
No towels in the bathroom im not sure if that is standard practice though

The property was fairly basic but the guy that owns it was friendly and cooked a nice breakfast
One of the guests was really noisy and as the guy who owns the property worked at night there was nobody around to tell them to keep the noise down
