Far from the advertised luxury apartment

Close to train station and Leatherhead shops/restaurants Off street parking

Lift not working Apartment was still not ready when we arrived 30 mins after the check-in time We were not asked how we wanted the beds made up and so had to call them back to change the double into two singles, even though the picture on Booking.com showed two single beds. However after splitting the beds we were unable to close the bedroom door! Shower in ensuite did not drain so could not be used Light on the ensuite flickers on and off all the time. Bin in the main bedroom en-suite had not been emptied. Kitchen cabinets showed fingers marks all over the doors so had not been cleaned! Microwave had not been cleaned Freezer still contained food from a previous tenants as did the kitchen cupboards including many opened and out if date items Broken vertical blinds in master bedroom which faces an office block so no privacy No mirrors in any of the bedrooms only mirrors in the bathrooms, so where are we supposed to use the hairdryer?? No wardrobe or hanging space in the small bedroom Only one fan to cool the rooms Cutlery and crockery very poor, only 3 of many items even though the apartment sleeps 4 Glass dining table had smears all over it Some mugs still had coffee/tea rings in them Only one tea towel left although we had booked for 5 nights No appliance instructions or any information on the apartment, the building or the town. Internet signal intermittent throughout the apartment.

Great location perfect for the business traveler that prefers a local feel over a corporate stay

Nice place and good area for my stay. I know the area well and have local friends. The distance to the train station was ideal as well.

There was a used dirty and bloody woman’s sanitary “napkin or towel” as some call it lodged in the master bed room toilet. It floated out and exposed the fully used and unsanitary situation. I made them aware and while I was out nothing was done… Also the place smelled of trying to hide cigar or cigarette smoke poorly also made them aware while I went out for the day..

I stayed for 4 nights in January. The apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable and warm. The parking was very convenient.

Nice place and good area for my stay. I know the area well and have local friends. The distance to the train station was ideal as well.
